The seven award categories that recognise excellence and achievement at different experience levels.
This category recognises emerging tax leaders with a commitment and passion for building a successful career in tax. This award category is open to members less than 5 years tax experience. They are engaged with the tax community, demonstrate initiative and drive in developing their career and importantly, they exhibit strong ethics and professionalism.
This category recognises inspiring tax leaders that consistently demonstrate outstanding technical expertise as well as vision, direction and innovation. All applicants are CTA members of the Institute with more than 15 years tax experience. All nominations hold a senior leadership position, have made a significant contribution to the tax profession and exhibit exemplary ethics and professionalism.
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, the tax profession has been a critical lifeline to business communities across Australia.
During this unique period, Institute members have not only accepted the challenges they have been presented, but have also demonstrated unrivalled commitment, resilience and innovation to tackle these challenges head on, finding solutions at every turn.
We welcome nominations from and on behalf of members for the Tax Adviser RESPECT Awards for those who have taken a ‘more than monumental’ step in their roles to contribute to their community during this unprecedented economic crisis.
