Professional background
Connecting with people, helping them to develop and grow has been a life force for Joanna throughout her career. A successful performer in both people and culture leadership roles to deliver business results, Joanna is adept at identifying initiatives to improve businesses and galvanising the resources needed to support success. Joanna is responsible for the business enablement functions of People, Technology & Marketing.
Outside of work
When not connecting with family or friends, Joanna can be found in her greenhouse talking to seedlings and willing them to grow, or working out 101 things to do with lemons, limes and oranges from her generous citrus trees. She loves to sing, aspires to learn the piano and loves watching the way water and paint can create a life of its own on paper.
