He has experience at every level of litigation, from the Magistrates Court to the High Court and has acted in many complex
cases covering a broad spectrum of the
law.
His areas of expertise include acting in
matters of professional negligence, taxation debt recovery defences and insolvency.
Andrew is a former member of the Litigation
Lawyers Executive Committee of the Law
Institute of Victoria and is a Nationally
Accredited Mediator.
