Cal acts as a litigation consultant to a number of Perth law firms. Cal’s practice is predominantly in the areas of general commercial and civil litigation. It includes significant experience in the areas of contractual disputes, building and construction, appeals, arbitration and mediation, insurance, negligence, personal injury, departmental prosecutions and trade practices litigation. Cal, who is a qualified arbitrator, completed Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Major) degrees at Murdoch University in 1994.
