Ian is Partner, National China Business Leader - Deacons and President, Australia
China Business Council - Victoria. He is recognised in China for work in an advisory capacity with Chinese Government Ministries and State-owned enterprises. He has advised the Chinese Government on the development and administration of new laws to assist China in becoming a free market economy, advised China's corporations in their trading and investment activities in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region and has assisted Australian and European companies with the establishment and growth of their businesses in China.
