Jonathan is a Partner in the Deloitte corporate and international tax practice who specialises in corporate restructures and mergers and acquisitions and has a range of experience as an advisor to IPO's, takeovers, mergers and tax due diligence assignments. Jonathan has also been closely involved with international structuring opportunities for various companies investing in and out of Australia. This has included dealing with the tax issues around financing structures and listings on foreign stock exchanges.
