Justin is a partner of commercial law firm Cochrane Lishman. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1995, he has gained experience with two leading national law firms in Perth as well as the London office of international law firm, Allen & Overy. He holds a Master of Laws degree (with distinction) from the University of London. Since 2001, Justin has presented the directors' duties module of the Australian Institute of Company Directors' CDC course. Justin specialises in corporate advisory work including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), equity fundraising, and advice on corporate governance matters.
