Miranda Stewart

 
Miranda is Professor of Law at the Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne and an honorary Professor at the Tax and Transfer Policy Institute, Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University. Professor Stewart teaches, researches and consults on a wide range of tax law and policy issues including the tax consequences of death. Her most recent book is Death and Taxes: Tax-Effective Estate Planning (Thomson Reuters, 2022) with Michael Flynn QC.
