Norman is the Secretary of the Australian Taxation Office's (ATO's) Primary Production Industry Partnership. He is an external presenter for the ATO with specialist knowledge in the area of primary producers, income tax and indirect taxes. Norman has presented on primary production issues to a broad range of audiences for a number of years. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree.
