Tim has been the lead writer on the IGT's reviews into the ATO's cash economy benchmarks , the ATO's use of compliance risk assessment tools and the ATO's administration of valuation matters . Tim has most recently been working in the IGT to establish the new complaints handling function. Prior to joining the IGT, Tim worked in the ATO as a technical trainer and writer.
