Tom is a Director of Murfett Legal and in charge of their Commercial
Law team. He has over 20 years business experience; including
working for major national law firms, owning and managing an IT
consultancy business, and being a director and in-house counsel for a
public company. Tom is also a regular presenter of seminars and is
well regarded for providing simple, effective legal solutions to complex
legal issues and matters. Toms’ areas of expertise are Business,
Equity and Asset Transactions, Contract Reviews and advice,
Companies, Trusts and Partnerships, Franchising and Intellectual
Property matters, Business Succession and Estate Planning, Probate
