This letter was generated in response to concerns raised with the Assistant Treasurer, the Hon Senator Rod Kemp, on 31 October 2000 by a Taxation Institute of Australia delegation consisting of Ray Conwell, Gil Levy (chairman of the National Technical Committee), Neil Earle (Executive member) and Michael Dirkis (Tax Director).
