The ATO responds to comments made by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Taxation Institute of Australia, CPA Australia, Taxpayers Australia and the National Institute of Accountants on 23 April 2004 and 12 May 2004 on the issue of Draft Taxation Determinations TD 2004/D4 and TD 2004/D5.
