The object of this paper is to focus on some of the more common GST problems currently being faced by tax practitioners and where possible, provide solutions to those problems. It covers areas such as the impact of recent GST rulings, and provides solutions to current GST problems affecting commercial properties, agency relationships and import/export transactions.
