This annual Estate Asset & Business Succession Planning Intensive took a fresh look at the many complex issues now being confronted by practitioners on daily basis.

Estate planning issues together with the associated asset protection and business succession planning issues are becoming a critical part of the practices of most accountants, lawyers and financial planners. Those practitioners that are familiar with the traps and strategies that can value add to their clients will be well equipped to grow their practices.

Case studies and real world examples were used by the presenters throughout the seminar as a tool to provide real world examples thereby ensuring seminar attendees obtain the maximum benefit from the day.

With Australia's ageing population and the retirement of the baby boomers, the area of estate and business succession planning is expected to grow enormously in future years and now is the time for practitioners to focus on refining their skills this area.
