Will this legislation ever go away! Loans and Division 7A dog tax practitioners every day. The law in its various forms has been around for longer than 10 years yet we still advise clients on its peril and a myriad of ways to avoid the problem. You have undoubtedly looked at statute barred loans, loan agreements and the interaction with section 108. Will the changes to the law help or in fact work to undo something you have put in place.
