The concessions available to small business entities (SBEs) are an important tool for small and medium business. As practitioners we can achieve significant tax savings for our clients if the concessions are used appropriately. The purpose of this event was to highlight key tips and traps in using the concessions including the concessions available, structuring to qualify and getting cash out tax effectively.

This event was part of the 2010 Younger Tax Practitioner Series.
