The corporate group is and will continue to be a commonly used structure for many active and some passive investment activities. This wide use exposes all advisors to the challenges of structuring and restructuring such groups throughout their life cycle, from stand-alone companies to multi-tiered corporate groups. Through a series of case studies this event seeks to assist you in meeting those challenges.
