Tax advisers to SMEs and private clients regularly deal with stamp duty issues in commercial transactions and family dealings, particularly in the context of arrangements involving trusts.

This event looked at the practical and technical issues that arise with stamp duty issues in connection with dutiable property under the Duties Act 2000 (Vic).

This event was part of the breakfast club and was also run in Melbourne on the 28th April.
