Source: South Australia

Published Date: 22 Aug 2011

This event discussed two current aspects of state taxation - The new SA stamp duty changes and the ongoing challenge of managing different state regimes.

The presentations applied a practical focus to these developments to enable practitioners to identify risks under the new landholder stamp duty rules, the new anti-avoidance rules for stamp duty and the issues that arise for stamp duty and payroll tax when working across state jurisdictions.
