This event covered the preparation required for undertaking a client meeting where the outcome is to assist a client who is commencing a new business. A factual scenario was presented and through group interaction a structured interview was formulated including quick critical questions for the client.

This event concluded with a discussion about what questions should be asked in a client interview giving attendees the opportunity to ask their critical questions in a "live' situation.
