This event was designed to provide an outline of what a will is, why you should have one, whether your existing one is valid or not, and what happens if you do not have one. Planning your financial legacy is an important part of estate planning and, a properly structured will can reduce or prevent subsequent disputes or confusion.

This event provided guidance about the matters you ought to consider when planning for the future. It particularly focused on how to structure your will to ensure, as far as possible, that the various assets owned by you are distributed in accordance with your wishes, and that costly squabbles between relatives and others over your estate are minimised.
