Good governance principals and guidance for not-for-profit organisations

Good governance is not an end itself, but rather a tool to achieve the desired outcomes of any organisation. In the NFP sector, it can be harder to measure desired outcomes and therefore governance can be more complex. This presentation focuses on a number of themes including mission, financial sustainability, board composition and governance v management in the NFP sector and will draw a link to the recently released Governance Principles.
