The tax and superannuation landscape is in a constant state of change. There are numerous government announcements, new bills, new legislation, cases, rulings and other ATO publications being released on a regular basis. It is difficult for practitioners to keep up to date let alone incorporate all of these changes into their planning strategies for their clients.
