Year End Wrap Up

Whilst year end planning will be all but completed, the June 2001 accounts and tax returns cannot be prepared without properly considering a range of important year-end tax issues including:
- ensuring year end trust distributions are correct and checking that claims for 50% CGT concessions are not precluded
- making family trust elections
- Division 7A loan repayments
- calculating prepayments correctly
- superannuation contribution issues
- preparing notices for the small business retirement exemption
