Exploring the Mental Health Landscape and its interaction with our workplaces.

The session will detail the importance of looking out for ourselves, our family, our friends and our work colleagues and provide tips on how to start the conversations around mental health (often considered the hardest part).

We will be discussing the reasons why we can all benefit from creating mentally healthy environments in our daily lives and how this can be achieved. Furthermore, in times of uncertainty, managing our own wellbeing is crucial and we will explore some tips and ideas on managing our own wellbeing and selfcare.
